Bitcoin deposit not reflecting

I transferred bitcoin from Kraken to AltCoinTrader last night at around 21:30. It is now 14 hours later, but has not yet come through. I am getting seriously worried!

I logged a query this morning (ACT20570), and received an email at 06:55 that support staff are reviewing it, but no further feedback has been provided yet.

Previously it has taken more than 5 hours to reflect Ethereum, and 3 hours to reflect ripple - surely with the volatile nature of cryptocurrencies this is not acceptable?
