BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: ACCOUNT VERIFICATION TAKES MORE THAT 23 HOURS
On the 01st July I uploaded my documents for verification on their site, I only realise after depositing money to the website that the documents are still not verified as a result I can't transact. I am worried as I can see already on reviews that they don't respond to telephones and emails. I also suspect if they do pickup I will be told to send over and over. Its shame the platform used to be so easy to use and reliable. Will call their offices tomorrow and will update my review again.

25 Jul 2020, 21:50apparently the reason my account is still not verified from the 01st of July is because they could not open the pdf document with my proof of address. Yesterday (24th Friday) I sent three emails with proof of addresses. Last message I rece.ived says my proof of address is different from the proof of address on the profile, I must update profile and then they can verify. I have done this, my worry is that I now have sent three proof of address and these depending of the fields of the sites you complete your address on, your address might differ slightly or you have the street number repeated twice. So my account might not be verified because of this. In the end I suspect I have not seen the end of this. Tomorrow there will be a different reason not to very. I just think something is going on here, I don't know.
