Authentication Disaster

Authentication disaster....I seem to have to authenticate myself every time I have to do anything on the only 1 account that I have with Altcoin. I have sent all my info and hen some to support three times over the past about two years and I am still not authenticated!!!! I can add my info and upload FICA but they always have excuses not to authenticate me or the system no longer has my info. Absolutely pathetic!
