I've been using this site to exchange currency for the past 6 years ,on the 13/05/2023 I was charged 50% just to make a withdrawal and their explanation is,temporary increase in BTC withdrawal. I've tried contacting them or speaking to someone who can explain why but it didn't help ,just imagine putting R2000 in their account but when you withdraw you R1000, their explanation on mail is As a result of network congestion, we have had to temporarily increase our bitcoin withdrawal fee. As the network dynamics shift we will look to reduce this when possible. Unfortunately, network congestion is outside of the control of AltCoinTrader. The withdrawal fees have been increased to ensure that transactions are processed on the blockchain. who calculates the % and how no 1 knows. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE ALTCONTRADER
