Altcointrader worste ever experience

This is a huge company! Ive been with them for years. I submitted all my fica documents and all of a sudden years later they remove my account level from 4 to 1 not allowing me to withdraw my funds.

I email them and i get a reply after that telling me they dont accept screenshots, but i never took screenshots as its literally a photo of myself with the documents in my hand yet they telling me they dont accept screenshots.

I mean how stupid is that???

I ask for the manger or team manager and get no reply!

Its the worst treatment ive gotten from a website ever!

And this is much much bigger! As this is real money and its my money and yet they do this!!!
