Altcointrader trader fee more than 87% - ****************!

I am shocked in how excessive withdrawel fees is on altcointrader. And people need to know this. I transferred a small amount of bitcoin to the amount of R129 to my Luno account (‪0.***4‬) Only R16 of this (0.***4‬) eventually reached my Luno account. This adds up to fees of R113 (from R129). After complaining on an email to them the only reply they have to offer is a generic type:

"Please always account for the fees when making a withdrawal,the system also reminds you of this when you action the withdrawal as it shows fees as well as the amount that will be received so traders can make adjustments before accepting and confirming the withdrawal"

So this means with this excessive high percentage of fees it is just not worth to even have bitcoin on altcoin trader...

So in this instance the transfer fees on a small amount of R129 is more than 87%

This is shocking!

I would like a confirmation that this is correct and your standard fees. Because this means that having bitcoin on Altcointrader amd then transferring or withdrawing it is really just throwing away your money and not at all worth it.
