AltcoinTrader mission impossible to remove 2FA (Authenticator)

What a terrible experience to get authenticator removed from the account following the loss of cellphone. These people are playing games and apart from the fact that one must be an octopus taking a selfie with your ID and a piece of paper with the request date and time there is just no assistance. The keep declining images one after the other because they cannot validate the detail never mind the mails are from the mail address on their record, the account number and ID had been provided but it does not meet their standards. Not even the bank application required this nonsense to get the authenticator validated. They really need to get their facts straight stop making life difficult for their clients and find smarter ways of doing this. I can only image how people struggle when they not only loose their devices but even when they upgrade. This company is a lost cause.
