Altcointrader is losing the plot, account spontaniously locked from withdrawals, no warning

This exchange is slowly but surely losing the plot, first ZAR EFT deposits from STD Bank started slowing down from instant deposits to up to 3 days to reflect. I brought this under their attention, meh reply but okay fine I can live with it.

Now I try and make some trades and withdrawals to strike while the iron is hot in the market showing bullish trends, and I'm hit with an error that I cannot withdraw and need to contact support. I received no comms regarding this issue before, but apparently my account is spontaniously locked from ANY withdrawals now, no warning, no emails nor calls.

So basically, how do you trade with an exchange like this where deposits are slow and withdrawals are locked without warning, making one lose opportunities.

Here's to hoping that someone urgently contacts me as I have a substantial amount of cash in my account and will need to follow further action.
