Altcointrader is extremely unprofessional

AltcoinTrader has deeply disappointed me,I have logged into Altcointrader to find that there was a negative ZAR balance on my account,this came as a shock seeing that this makes no sense, so I sent them a email to ask them what was going on and this was there reply:(We apologize for any inconvenience. You made a ZAR withdrawal of R***.***to your bank account yesterday, 7 April 2021, and our system has credited your bank account twice. We have debited your AltCoinTrader account with the amount and your account is in a negative balance. Kindly repay the money so that your account can be in a positive balance once more. The amount is: R***.*****.)I find this mistake extremely unprofessional,luckily this was a small amount, but I can just imagine that people that work with big money, and do not always keep track of all payments all the time, would find this as even a bigger shock, in my case I did not even notice this happened, and now I must pay Altcointrader for a fault not even made by me,so how am I responsible?I loved Altcointrader but now I am extremely worried about my money on Altcointrader,because if they can make a mistake like this, I don’t even want to know what other mistakes has occurred or may occur,this is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional.I have said so many good stuff about Altcointrader to people and family and they also started using Altcointrader,now I feel sorry for doing that,I hope this can be resolved the right way, and as soon as possible because I am losing money because I cannot remove buy orders without Altcointrader taking that money,I feel I shouldn’t be held responsible for this mistake, and seeing that I have already lost money because I can’t withdraw my buy offers ec. This is extremely unprofessional.
