AltCoinTrader Is a Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs!

AltCoinTrader has been the most infuriating and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with any financial platform. For 6+ days, I’ve been locked out of my account, unable to access MY money, while being subjected to their broken, repetitive, and utterly useless verification process.

I’ve submitted everything they asked for—ID, selfies, proof of residence—multiple times, only to be told to “resubmit” because their system can’t match basic details. Their support team is non-existent; they closed my ticket without resolving the issue and even had the audacity to ask me for a review!

Do they understand the stress and financial hardship they’re causing? I’ve had to waste hours of my time, endure constant delays, and now I’m left in limbo, completely helpless. I’ve even filed a complaint with the FSCA out of desperation.

AltCoinTrader has ZERO respect for its customers. Their incompetence and lack of accountability are shocking. When (or IF) I ever get access to my money, I’m pulling out every cent and never looking back.

Avoid this exchange at all costs unless you enjoy being ignored, stressed, and locked out of your funds. This is not a platform you can trust with your money or your peace of mind.
