ALTCOIN TRADERS ARE HEARTLESS ******

This company is shameless. To be complicit with ********** in robbing its own clients belies belief...Unbelievable!!! They were adamant that I compromised my details and refused to give me honest answers. It took the police to apply legal jargon (threats) to get the details of the *********. The whole year this company protected this ********* probably in the hope of not reimbursing me. If one of their own did not have a slip of the tongue and volunteered the name of the ********* I would be flogging a dead horse today.

The money was siphoned in November 2019 up to now they have been quiet not initiating ways to solve my problem nor communicate how they are investigating this misdeed. Instead whenever I phoned re: my problem they wanted to give me their misleading sequence of events. I believe I am not the only person de*****ed by this individual. I do not know this individual. A stranger to me. I am sure it is also in the best interest of this company to try and arrest this ********* unless there are benefits accrued by this company when this devious deeds happen.

I do not believe clients who have been ****** senseless while doing business with this company should be the one trying to understand what happened to their monies while under the care of altcoin and should be running up and down to the police stations whilst this company continues as if nothing is wrong, doing business as usual. I truly wish that when this case goes to court their so called ***** department is summoned to give evidence. Maybe then they will learn some lessons in client respect, honour and humbleness. When I talk reimbur*****t with them they now say they are waiting police or court verdict. How heartless.
