Altcoin Trader Stole My Money 2021 And Refuse To Pay ME!

2021 Altcoin Trader Froze my account because 1 woman complaint about it with false complaint, in turn i contacted them and they asked for proof of my claimed, i gave them every proof i had, they said they were satisfied with the proof and that i must fica my account for security purposes and also send them my personal fica documents and i did as they asked, after that they stopped responding to me and still my money is frozen without any help from them, why dont they return the money???? why cant i withdraw it? if i did anything bad or not legal why is it that they dont report me? why have i never been reported since 2021? also i did provide them proof of whatsapp conversations with the lady to proof she was lying but still they refuse to co operate, these people are not to be trusted at all, Luno and Valr is more profesional than these guys
