Altcoin Trader doing U-turn about my refund & coming with lots of excuses

- On the 9th Sept 2020, i withdrew 0.***0 btc to 39x3ygYhgLFjUWMC1LfVkfyre8QLCjrmRa which is under mining city & it was successful. - Then on the 10th Sept 2020, i withdrew same amount as 9th Sept of 0.***0 btc with the same address of 39x3ygYhgLFjUWMC1LfVkfyre8QLCjrmRa. The transaction failed for madalamaps pool as the address didnt exist as its carbon copy like the 9th. - Then on the 11th Sept I decided to use Luno which is very cheap to buy the madalamaps pool which was a success. - I then sent Altcointrader to reverse that transaction on the 11th Sept at 20h30. I got a reply from Altcoin trader on the 12th Sept at 11am that the withdrawal has been cancelled. -Then when i asked Altcointrader on the 13th Sept on when I`ll get back my 0.029283 btc back, then I`m getting stories & excuses.

When can I get my 0.029283 btc as mining city didnt get those btc & it was invalid address?
