I have been frustrated to make a withdrawal from 29 October 2021 from Altcoin Trader a Crypto Exchange in South Africa. I am on level 2 and meet the requirements for the amount I want to withdraw. I sent email, I called and you wait on the phone until it cuts off. My Ticket number ACT563680[ Ticket Id : ***]. I need to withdraw urgently.
