Altcoin trader bad customer service

Phoned numerous times and were anything from no 12 to no 9 in the line waiting for the next available operator to assist. As soon as i am no one on the list the calls are dropped mysteriously. Made immediate deposit on 2nd May. Checked and confirm correct ref and account no. Money still don't reflect on my account. Opened a ticket by mail 4 May - no response yet. Tried Phoning 4 times waited anything between 10 to 15 minutes just to experience the call being dropped as soon as I get 1st in line.....
