Altcoin pathetic

Please be aware. I have received numerous email from last week from Altcoin of log ins into my account and saw that it is from different ip addresses. I reported it and they rep**** to say they have put a hold on my withdrawals on my account. Yesterday i received again emails of log in from different ip addresses again and when i logged in this morning i saw that the shiba coins i had in my account was sold. When i reported it to Altcoin that it was not me they rep**** that they cannot reverse any trades. Luckily it is under a R1000 but what if i had R20000 or more shiba coins. I think it is pathetic for Altcoin not to be able to trace it and now i have to take the loss. So please be aware people. Someone maybe cannot withdraw your money but they can sell and trade your coins. Very disappointed and not trustworthy anymore.
