Altcoin Deposit not showing or being sorted out

On 28th of Febr I made a deposit of R1000.00 but did not include my account number. Since then I keep sending proof of payment but no one seems to be able to help me. I send my new statement as received from my bank and they keep telling me to get a statement. I mean how many statements can a person send. All the info that they need is on the proof of payment and the statement that I keep sending. I asked for a manger to work on the matter and even to call me but no response. Ticket Id : **********

How far does a person need to go to get a person that know what he is doing to respond to my request this is now going on for almost a month and is very frustrating.
