Account verification nightmare

I'm not happy with the service. I deposited money into my account, before I knew I'd have to verify my identity to send USDT to binance. I then went on to verify it failed. I uploaded my picture and went through the process again the damn thing says uploaded pending verification. Its been over a week how am I supposed to conduct business. My email has not been responded to either. Its been extremely frustrating.
