Account Hacked ,Money ****** with No Support-BEWARE!!!!!

My account was hacked and my coins transferred,I was in a meeting and had no access to my phone or email.When I saw email that my password had been changed I immediately changed the password to my account ,after logging in to find all my money had been transferred out of my account.Alt coin trading advertise that you are safe and secure trading then explain how did this happen.It sent me the Ip id that hacked me which I forwarded to them and they didnt even bother to look into who the culprit was,Surely the money had to go to another account holder,why couldnt it be reversed.To makes matters worst this was the reply from their ***** department.Undfortunately we cannot comply with your request. The problem here is that not only was your AltCoinTrader account compromised, but your email address as well. This person had access to both those to perform the withdrawal. Had you had 2FA on your account the person would not have been able to acces your AltCoinTrader account.I was not aware of the 2FA on the account otherwise I would have done it.Why do you FICA us so you can identify who people are but failed to investigate who the ******* are.People may this be a eye opener to all of you who think that it is safe,its NOT,and No One will help you.Protect your hard earned cash so u dont need to have experience I had,Alt coin trader may you receive what you deserve-God sees everything.You Failed me!
