Treated like dogs

<p>Today (17 July 2017), I went to Al's Hardware to buy over 100 square meters in tiles. I asked one of the staff members (Alicia) if I could use the toilets. She then asked me if I want to sit on the toilet or stand. How is this anyones business, and how rude is that to ask a client this? She directed me to a toilet outside. The toilet is not even fit for an animal to use. It is extremely dirty and doesn't even have a DOOR. </p> <p> </p> <p>As no human being should be using that toilet, I went back to them and asked if they would use that toilet. Farhaad then told me that he would not use those toilets, the staff toilets are apparently clean and neat, and advised me that I am not allowed to use the clean neat toilets.</p> <p>This was such a disgusting experience. I walked out of there without purchasing the tiles, I will not do business with people who treat their fellow humans worse than dogs. Better yet, a customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked to speak with the owner about 20 times... Still to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>What a horrible place.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
