shower complain

I bought a shower door from this company at main reef branch which i went with the measurements and was told the shower can be adjusted to my surprise it was not the case, i went to exchange the shower and was told that the plastic is not in a good condition and will be charged R350 for each door which is amounting to R700 to repair the plastic. i'm very surprised because their handling fee they say is 15% of the original order price. My question was how did we get to R700 if the shower R1300. this a day light *******. The manager was very rude.
