Bad service

Al's hardware has a very unprofessional and rude manager, while I was talking to him he decided to answer his, he was so rude and told me he doesn't care if I report I must go right ahead.. What kind of world do we live in we you get such poor service for paying for a service, it takes us pushing and calling before they can deliver.. This is totally unacceptable. His name is Saleem
