Al's Hardware Amalgam management disaster

Explaning to the customer the resoning behind someting has eluded one of the mangement staff at Al's Hardware in Amalgam. This man (i did not catch his name) dismissed me in record time, not ackowledging that i am indeed the customer, not even having the respect (that would be evident in an elderly man) to look at me when giving me the BS explanantion he half mummbled will getting frustrated when I was trying to get more information. The man in-charge of their plumbing department was the most helpfull and actually did more than i expected to explain the issue at hand to me while this man (IN MANAGEMENT) stoodd there dumbfounded and irratable because he actually had to take a complaint.
