Worst service ever received from a Vw dealership!

Paid holding deposit and signed OTP before other customer interested in same vehicle,other customer's finance approval came through bit earlier than mine,so they sold the vehicle to him although I had first option,as a Vw fleet owner I am terribly disgusted in Alpine Commercial Vehicles!
