VW Pinetown Exceptional Service

Hi

I just want to thank the service manager for the branch. When i went there this morning @07:00 i was so worried about the fault in my car but he assured me that he would try his level best to assist. My biggest worry was that I had to pick up my kids from school at 12:00. He offered me space to work from their boardroom while my car was being looked in to and i was sorted by as early as 08:50.

Thank you for you excellent service ever since i started to service my car with VW Pinetown. I have had very bad experience with another VW branch but since i came to the Pinetown branch everyone has been so helpful ever since.It makes sense now why your staff is so efficient it is because of your leadership.
