Volkswagen not such a good car dealer

<p>I'm so disappointed with the service from Volkswagen Palm Motors White River! Took delivery of my vehicle on December 1st 2016, before I could even get home the vehicle was already flashing ABS signs and the air-conditioning wasn't working, I called my salesman and he said they'd come get it the next day. Next day came nothing, days went past and I hadn't been contacted. On the 7th of December I decided to drive there myself to hear what the delay was, when I got there I was told "we tried to contact you" yet I always have my phone in hand and no one had called me. Fine I left the car with them and was told I'd probably have it the next day, next day came no one called, I then called and was told they weren't done with it. Friday the 9th of December came I call the dealership and I'm told they're unable to fix it at that stage I'm furious because I'm fed up at using public transport, I gave them a **** of me and was there the next day and demanded a courtesy vehicle till I got one.<br />Today is the 20th, I still don't have my car and I'm supposedly the one that's calling to find out what the progress of having my car back is and all they do is tell me problems with no solutions. Well what consoles me is I have their car, though I miss my own, anyone would agree that driving someone else's car is nothing like driving your own.<br />I love Palm motors, my mom bought her car there in 2012 and hasn't had a problem since then. <br />I'm not trying to give them a bad name but my experience is the worst and I would've loved to have the same experience as those that get good ones.</p>
