Very ***********

Today I left my car at alpine Pinetown at 07:30am for service in their capable hands only to find out that or I received at call from them at 1600am wanting to confirm whether they my do a major or minor service! Came 16:15 they told me that my service plan people which is innovation group that they will not authorize it, because the car did miss 2 services before I bought it when it was with the previous owner. Ok that is fair but why didn’t they inform me on time so I can sort it out myself, it clearly shows that they only touched my car very late, it was a waist of my time sending my car to these people, they are totally ***********, I don’t know what have changed in Alpine!!
