Unjust service against consumer rights
Audi centre pinetown advertised a 2010 Audi A3 1.8 tfsi Ambition with 55000 kms mileage for R145 959. I was very interested in the deal, so I went to the dealership to purchase the car. However, whilst viewing the vehicle the salesman said that the vehicle is not R145 959 but R199 000. I do have proof of the adverti*****t stating it is for sale at R145 959.

According to my knowledge, this is false advertising, and ********. Apart from that, it is very disappointing to know that my favored car dealership engages in such underhand marketing techniques and so blatantly flouts consumer rights.

I expect that Audi, a so called reputable automotive brand, will do the right thing and offer this vehicle or a similar car to me at the price that was publicly advertised on the internet. If they do not, they will have lost a loyal customer and I would not refer any other interested customers to your unjust dealership.
