Unhappy client

I traded my vehicle to Alpine pinetown a month ago… there were few hiccups on my side as I was trying to purchase a vehicle as well. Fair enough My deal was cancelled but they went on with taking my vehicle. Now I’ve been waiting for the payment for the passed two weeks and I’m not getting a proper feedback from the team. Sales man says he submitted everything to finance and Finance says they can’t give feedback I must chat to salesman. How do I deal with such?
