Theft is unacceptable and disgusting

Went there on the 10th February 2020 for a service on my car. After collecting the car in the afternoon and having left the workshop, i discovered that my SD card has been ******. I phoned the guy who was my service advisor and he told me it reflects that i removed the SD card in the morning when handing over the vehicle. Strangely the Indian guy who helped me in the morning had written that i removed the SD card when i didn't. Obviously he stole it. I have since lodged a complaint but yet to hear feedback until now. The point i wanna make is we trust these people with our cars and dont expect such dishonesty. Ive been servicing my car at different VW outlets and have never removed the SD card but only this once at this Pinetown outlet and theft occurs. Im disappointed. This tarnishes the good image of other oultlets I've been to. Theft is unacceptable and disgusting to say the least.
