TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!!!!

<p>This is the most terrible service i have ever received. VW Alpine Motors in Pinetwon Durban</p> <p>I senT my Polo 1.4 Comfortline for service, Workshop pumped my car at the back when i came to collect the vehicle, neither a service advisor by the name of Andrew nor the workshop manager apologised let alone informing me about this damage</p> <p>I drove the car back to Richards Bay where i stay, fortunately i stopped at the garage to refuel</p> <p>When i went to take something on the boot, i realised the dent</p> <p>I Immediately called the service Advisor, he instructed me to come back so he will check the vehicle</p> <p>I went back he told me workshop manager is not there to check the footage from the workshop but he will give me a call coz im staying too far</p> <p>He only gave me a call 1 week after that, informing me that i need to bring a car for repairs</p> <p>Mind you no explaination or an apology again, he just told me to bring the car.</p> <p>I brought the car on the set date, remember im staying in R/ Bay and the reason im servicing at Alpine its due to poor service at Midbay Motors in R/Bay and its the only VW in northern KZN </p> <p>They phoned me 3 days after i left informing me that the vehicle is ready, i drove from RB to Dbn to collect my car</p> <p>I asked them about compensating me on fuel wasted due to their negligence, the manager and the advisor told me its not their problem that i left RB VW and come to service so far</p> <p>Above that my car came back with lots of minor scratched, i showed them they said the car came in like that.</p> <p>I asked for the checklist i signed, they did not give it to me since i was not given a copy by the time i leave the vehicle.</p> <p>So guys be careful of VW Alpine, i know its a well known VW dealer but when you taking your car to them make sure you check it properly. Actaully i m thinking to write VW off coz i also experienced the worse scenario at VW Midbay in Richards Bay. Thanks</p>
