Service and Attitude towards customer at its worst

Very poor service levels.Their follow up and communication is at its worst.When you have a problem you are kept hanging with no response.Ridiculous attitudes of employees.I called almost every day for two weeks and the only response was an email when I requested for it to be sent so that it could be put on record. They are currently the most frustrating company and I will make this public on all media channels.
