Rusty VW POLO 2013

Took my 2013 VW POLO VIVO into Alpine motors at the end of February for rust found on the car. The car was with them the entire day only for me to be told to bring it back on another date when someone from head office will be present(why was the car even called in if that person was not present). Take the car back to them in the next week car is with Alpine the whole day once again only to be told they will contact me when to bring the car back to be repaired.<br> Eventually the car goes for repairs in April 28th. I get the car back 4 days later with half the rust repaired sent the car back got the car back 3 days later with scratches.<br> During the time my car was in for repairs I was loaned a vehicle from Alpine motors which I signed indemnity for should anything happen to their loan vehicle. I was told to return their car in the same condition i received it and the same amount of fuel. All was adhered to as requested. My car was returned with scratches,stuff loose,sunglasses missing and the petrol light onn. Still waiting for the scratches to be repaired after contacting them 2weeks ago. Ricardo promised to get back to regarding all these issues.
