POOR SERVICE FROM VW

Service level from VW is shocking of lately, last week I took my car to VW in Pinetown for something small and I had no joy there, I then phoned VWSA head office to lodge a formal complaint and I was promised that someone will call me back by and I will be sent a case number. Its been a week later nothing has happened. May be its time to move and look for other car brands that knows exactly how to treat their customers as this brand has failed me though I have driven VW all my life. Its never too late to make a change. SUCH POOR CLIENT SERVICE FROM VW!!!!
