POOR SERVICE FROM ANDREW AT ALPINE VW PINETOWN

I've recently brought my vehicle for the annual service to Alpine Volkswagen Pinetown under this financial strain lockdown and experience extremely poor service from Andrew.

I had received no updates and feedback on status of my vehicle.

Eventually when the service was completed, Andrew was aggressive and very impatient on my arrangements to fetch the vehicle from the dealership.

I'm very disappointed on the quality of service from Andrew and Alpine VW pinetown.
