Poor after sales service
I purchased a Golf 7 Gti Performance Pack in Sep 2015 from Alpine. From around 5000km the car did not seem to drive well with lots of vibration, loss of power, etc. I took the car back to my salesperson who mentioned \that he has lots of diving experience with the GTis since he sells the most\". He mentioned that it was fine and there is nothing wrong. At round 8500km the car got progressively worse. I booked it in and there was a fault with the fuel injectors and it was repaired after a week or so but the car still didn't drive well. I took it back a few times and the response from the service manager was that it was within \"spec\". I had no choice but to finally get rid of the car (after only 6 months). I was lucky that Killarney Toyota got me out of the car and put me into a RAV4. They really went all out to help me. The sad part is that Alpine never even try to assist by getting me into another car or even call back, etc. Even the guys at Hoopers in Durban wanted to get me into a new GTi and offered me a high trade-in for my car. After sales service is really pathetic at Alpine and if anyone wants ****py service buy a car from Alpine."

To our knowledge, there was a request placed in for a new vehicle which has to be approved by the manufacturer, unfortunately this was not approved. We take all queries seriously and although we are merely re sellers we are proud of our products and should an issue occur with proper testing it is for this reasons warranties are granted by the manufacturer.
There is currently still an investigation in regards to your query and feedback not given and wish you happy miles in your chosen vehicle.
