NO Service-Poorly Managed-Alpine Used cars

I must have been to alpine VW Pinetown about 4 times now in the past two months,particularly to there used cars side and not once has anyone come out of their office to assist. I've been there this morning as I had seen a car advertised leonine and wanted to have a look at it. I was outside having a look at all their cars for about 15 minutes and hopeful of someone helping me out. With no assistance I decided to go inside their used car showroom and stood in the centre. To my dismay no one bothered to even look my way. Clearly alpine has too many clients and too much sales that they can choose who and when to serve people. Didn't even get a courteous \hello"from any staff member around. The Sales team clearly is either managed poorly or their policies are messed up. People who hate being in an environment that is customer service orientated should find another career. Really disappointed to have to travelled to gateway and Durban to other branches to get better service when I reside in Pinetown"
