No Feedback since 22 January regarding Complaint
I am appalled that no one bothered to get back to me regarding the mechanical defects raised whilst my car was under warranty. For those people reading this article \Do not buy a vehicle from Alpine VW as their after sale service is shocking\" They are too busy to sort you out and will only tend to your needs if their is a sign of an additional deal.<br> <br> I was asked to provide clarity regarding my complaint as I have done on many other occasions and to date no answer. The service manager avoids my calls...shocking after sale service."
