MY 9 DAY ORDEAL

I always considered Vw Alpine a diamond from the rest but my recent experience was **********. I sent in my car for diagnostics and it came up with a fault, it took them 9 days to sort my radiator and aircon fan out, my car is under warranty and they were just too slow, the service advisor had / has a \don't care attitude\" on top of that, my car was there for 9 days that the battery died. the advisors or mechanic did not even have the decency of telling me that the battery is dead. (some mechanic and service advisor they are!!!) when I contacted Alpine motors, the made a gentleman speak to me about batteries who gave me a physics lecture about amps per cycle and how many amps per cycle the car takes (utter nonsense). Top it off, my car went for a service at the end of November and at mid February, the oil light came on to say the oil is short. the only conclusion is that they fitted in short oil and kept the rest for another client or the servicers are *****ing the oil. Now my engine light and epc light is on and the car has no power ( Golf 6 gti 35 edition).<br> <br> I will email the head office and lets see what satisfaction I get out. "
