I recently purchased a new vehicle from VW Alpine Motors and had the pleasure of dealing with Dineshin Odayar. He went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with the deal, as well as the date for delivery. Apart from the administration and logistic arrangements, the welcome that I received was above and beyond what I expected. Everything was ready for me and the reception was warm and friendly. They went as far as issuing a personalised welcome for me! Dineshin walked me through the ins-and-outs (in detail) of the vehicle and made sure that I was completely comfortable before I left. From the beginning of the deal up until today (almost a week after taking delivery of the vehicle), he continues to be available for ANY queries or concerns. He made sure that the deal fitted my requirements and that I was completely happy, every step of the way. Great service, advice and follow-up!!! It was refreshing to have a dealer who knew and understood what I needed - and made it happen!
