Extreme bad service

Service levels and communications from all departments are the worst ever seen from a VW dealership. Even sold incorrect extended maintenance plan on a new vehicle. My experience was not good after buying a car cash from this dealership in 2017. Never again will or recommend any consumers to buy through this dealership. I wonder if the service advisors even check the conditions of vehicles coming in and inspecting before there leave the workshops. Bad experience
