DISHONESTY & THEFT

Recently my vehicle went into the service department to check vehicle misfiring due to spark plugs fouling. Apparently this has become. Very common problem which can't be solved other than to replace or clean the spark plugs I was advised by Linda Naidoo VW Alpine Motors Pinetown. Upon collecting my vehicle, I inspected it and found that certain items which were there in the morning and ticket on their check list as in boot were missing! My tool bag and jack apparently can not be found and I've been advised they do not have it. To condone staff *****ing is unacceptable!! A little sticker under my tail light was removed leaving residue on the back, an Alpine sticker was then stuck onto my vehicle without asking if I wanted it or not. The vehicle was apparently cleaned yet opening the driver door sand and dirty boot marks on the mat of someone having driven the vehicle was obvious. Goodbye VW Pinetown, you will never see this customer again!!
