Best service ever. Bar none
Best service I have ever received from any service center.
In 22 December in our way back to Pretoria from KwaZulu Natal my VW Kombi's timing belt failed.
We pulled in @ Alpine less than two hours before they closed.
After thorough diagnostics were done(wish I wasn't charged for) it was determined that the timing belt is close to failing.
Shaun convinced his manager that he can have it sorted out before they closed for the Christmas holidays. That left him less than 01:30 to do so.
The belt and pulley kit was replaced and we were back on our way.
Thank you, Shaun, Andrew and the other two gentlemen who's name I have unfortunately forgotten.
