Bad service

I bought a pre owned Toyota Hilux from Alpine volkswagen pinetown. Had a few issues to sort out, they dragged their feet to get it all sorted. Basically refusing for me to take it to Toyota to get the brakes sorted telling me it out of warranty etc. in the end I managed to get them to agree with taking it to Toyota as it did have a full history at the agents one of the reasons I bought the car.

During this first few weeks I informed them that the tempory registration plates where expiring and that I will need new ones. I found out that the registration papers where lost by the previous owner.

How can you trade a vehicle in with out paper? Roadworthy with out car papers?

The service record book was lost aswell I requested a new they sent it to me with out it stamped by the previous dealership that serviced the car after informing me they will get it stamped for before couriering it up to me.

I am currently still waiting for my car from Toyota as a payment issue between Volkswagen and Toyota.

I will never support them again worst service from a dealership I have ever had
