ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!

<p>Hi All</p> <p>i would firstly like to start by saying i feel ****** / **** TO - i purchased a Brand new Vehicle from Alpine Motors which was fitted with a sound system ... the system "Supposedly" included 4 x JBL speakers ( one on each door) and a Sub woofer and AMP... i was asked to pay R3500 which was included in my Finance and was told that Alpine would cover the remaining R3500 as part of the deal from their side.</p> <p>i received the vehicle and own it up to date... the speakers in the doors popped and upon investigation as i decided to replace them... found that... those were the STANDARD speakers still installed.... the Consultant no longer works there and refuses to admit the deal as he knows he has hidden the paper trail well in the event that this did come back around to bite him in the butt... which it has... i have notifed Alpine Motors Management and have recieved no joy as they cannot find this on their paper trail invoice.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am completely digusted at Alpine Motors Pinetown as a whole as well as the sales consultant... Ashveer Deonandan. </p> <p> </p> <p>i will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Alpine motors again ... </p> <p> </p> <p>Please be ware of ensuring you have ALL paperwork in order when purchasing a vehicle from Alpine Motors Pinetown as you may very well be **** too aswell.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's sad to see the level of service you get from such a "Reputable" dealership and how they stick to paper work rather than loyalty to customers... </p> <p> </p> <p>NEVER BELIEVE VERBAL AGREEMENTS !!!!</p> <p># NO INTEGRITY</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
