Worst service ever

Yesterday in the midst of a busy day I called this pharmacy requiring about a certain chronic medication I couldn't get from my local hospital Addington. I spoke to a lady Sherelee Naidoo,what an awful experience,1st she assumes that because I mentioned Addington hospital,I wanted the medication for free then it escalated,she literally screamed at the top of her lungs at me,making me feel like I was stupid for asking her questions,I mean this is someone that is a switchboard operator for such a big entity. I was merely asking if they have the medication so that I could drive knowing where I'd get help,to make matters worse she went as far as refusing to give me her name saying so rudely "I cant give you my name,you can speak to the manager if you want",I guess that's customer service to her but to me that was disrespectful,lacked empathy,no mutual respect for another person at all. Honestly I would rather die a death and a half than to ever do any service with this company,if I could rate it a ZERO I would. What kind of company hires someone in the front line like that with no customer centricity, sherelee Naidoo is the worse person for that job and frankly I got the idea that she hated her job so much that she was taking her frustrations out on customers that have nothing to do with the organization that's making her so angry. Sherelee is not only ******,she is rude. Because amongst some of the statements she used "she referred to me as you people". I am so angry right now. I spoke to her manager who was very polite and gave me Sheree Lee's name and surname,Thanks to her.
