RUDE PHARMACIST AT MURRAY SQUARE PHARMACY PINETOWN, OLD MAIN ROAD,3610

One of my colleagues visited the Murray Square Pharmacy and Clinic today (Alpha Pharmacy Pintetown). She was encountered with the one of the worst Pharmacist assistants or Pharmacy manager by the name of Les. He's approach was extremely harsh and rude. She used a medical society script which our company belongs too. The Pharmacy did not have stock of ear drop medication which was her in script so she had asked him if he could give her a pain killer instead. He then started screaming on top of his voice whilst there were other customers in the store and stated his unable to help her with the pain killer tablet and the company we work for must take their business somewhere else because we are a bunch of asses !!!!

If he was unable to dispense to the medication to her he could have told her in a polite way. What happened to the company's motto 'care and service ' she received none of that.

His behavior is totally unacceptable and daunting.
