Rockville Phamarcy Bloemfontein

I am extremely unhappy with the service received at one of your Pharmacies in Bloemfontein, Rockville Phamarcy in Rockland's. I visited the pharmacy as I'm now working nearer to it and requested medication for me and my Son. The lady assisting me told me she couldn't capture my medical aid details (Bankmed Core Saver). I do not know how Pharmacy systems work/ how they work with Medical aids - I use Medirite, I use Clicks pharmacies & other Alpha Pharmacies in town and they all made means to assist and I've never encountered this before. Now I have to leave a pharmacy next to me and go all the way in town, just for medication - a waste on my transport!!!

Please contact this pharmacy and give them the proper training on customer service.
