POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went into Alpha pharm in Malvern this morning to pick up a prescription with my boyfriend. I was served by an incredibly rude egotistical woman who had absolutely no care for my questions about a product that i found on the shelf. She answered me with a dirty look and sarcastic responses about everything. Eventually i lost my tempter, threw the box on the counter and walked out purchasing nothing. I told her to learn some manners and she smiled at me! My boyfriend didnt hear what had happened so when he came outside to me to find out and went back inside to confront her... an older WELL MANNERED AND CONCERNED lady met him at the door and apologised on the ladies' behalf. So he went back to this Charmaine character and she accused me of lying!!!!!! and said she wasnt rude to me... he told her that if she wasnt rude then why did her colleague come meet him at the door to apologise on her behalf. Clearly embarrassed! She yelled at him after that and did NOT apologise. Im not sure what kind of employees you aim to employ at your branches but this Charmaine woman at malvern centre in Durban definitely should not be one of them. I am totally disgusted and will never set foot back there
