Pharmaceutical malpractice

Bought a product for warts((Re-Joovena) at the mentioned pharmacy 30/12/2021 12:35:50pm, without any assistance by a competent personnel within the pharmacy. Upon my arrival at home read the leaflet thus realised that it was not conducive for a person pregnant as was my sister whom it was purchased for,when I went to the pharmacy to plead my case 31/12/2021was met by a rude pharmacist by the name of "Dani". Who's address and mannerisms towards me were filled with disrespectful comments, i.e "doesn't care about my job description etc" even though tried explaining the circumstances this certain product was bought under and also that if there were competent personnel within the Pharmacy this situation could have been avoided hence my sister is visibly pregnant. He refused to return the medication, making refer to a regulation that he failed to produce thus the "Occupational act along with other regulations" were posted at the back end of the Pharmacy in what looked like a storage facility. This left a bitter taste in my mouth thus the lack of care and disrespectful slurs proved that this certain individual saw himself as a demigod who could not be touched and above the consumer act laws which are regulating business relations between the two parties(customers and business). This practice is further perpetuated by the fact that in this particular Pharmacy got old individuals whom are above the pension age,still working hence depriving qualified students who are deserving of these "occupied"positions especially in the Free state diaspora where most of these pharmacies are "family owned"
